Refunds

14 days, full refund

If Unit isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No questions, no forms. Send /refund to Unit or email [email protected] from the address on your receipt.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.

After that

Later monthly payments aren't refunded, except when the law requires it or when we shut the service down (see the Terms). You can cancel anytime at quitporn.bot/cancel or by sending /cancel to Unit. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again.

What a refund does

A refund cancels your subscription, ends your access and deletes your data, the same as /delete.

If you were charged twice or didn't make the payment, email [email protected] and we'll fix it right away.
